With the Penzance Literary Festival this July, we are reading up on Cornwall. Our chosen books include Cornish history and tradition (smugglers and all in Lost Cornwall); art, represented by a Tate study of Ben Nicholson; and literature, with a collection of Cornish gothic tales from the British Library’s Tales of the Weird series.
