After an introduction setting aspects of Futurism in the context of 20th-century art history, Umbro Apollonio presents an illustrated anthology of writings by the Italian Futurists. Dating from between 1909 and 1918 and beginning with FT Marinetti’s The Founding and Manifesto of Futurism (1909), the collection includes articles by Umberto Boccioni, Carlo Carrà, Giacomo Balla and Gino Severini.
